Digital Printing

Digital printing is a modern printing technology that directly applies designs onto fabric using digital images, eliminating the need for traditional screens or stencils. This technique offers advantages in high resolution, precise color reproduction, and flexibility, enabling the direct printing of multi-color and complex patterns. It is particularly suited for customization, small-batch production, and diverse design needs, widely used in apparel, home textiles, hospitality items, and more, making it an ideal choice for fashion and home design.

The digital printing process is as follows:

Graphics Preparation

Customer sends design drafts remotely to the email, including TCX standard colors or sending color swatch paper.

Fabric Pretreatment

​

Apply a suitable sizing solution based on the material characteristics of the fabric.

Drafting and Proofing

​

Based on customer requirements, conduct color matching and printing tests, repeatedly refining color accuracy through meticulous adjustments.

​Steaming and Washing

​

The printed patterns undergo steaming for color fixation, followed by the removal of residual paste through washing.

​Test and Sample Submission

​

​Under the control and verification of the QC personnel, collaborative efforts with prepress professionals, iterative color tests are conducted, and samples are submitted.

​Final Product Delivery

​​

Confirming samples and proceeding with mass production while ensuring the stability of print quality.
