Screen Printing
A versatile printing process also known as silk screen printing or screen printing.
Every fabric is a canvas of art, meticulously crafted by skilled artisans. With a blend of exquisite craftsmanship and innovative technology, we infuse image designs into daily life, breathing soul into the brand. For insights into the transformation of your chosen fabric into printed marvels, explore the process below:
1
Graphics Preparation
Customer sends design drafts remotely to the email, including TCX standard colors or sending color swatch paper.
2
Color Separation and Plate Making
The designer performs color separation for the design drafts, and then plate-makers transfer the color-separated design drafts onto the screen.
3
Dye Preparation
Based on customer requirements, colorists mix the required standard colors.
4
Printing Proofs
All samples are crafted by experienced printing personnel, followed by the drying process of the pigments.
5
Steaming and Washing
The printed patterns undergo steaming for color fixation, followed by the removal of residual paste through washing.
6
Test and Sample Submission
Under the control and verification of the QC personnel, collaborative efforts with prepress professionals, iterative color tests are conducted, and samples are submitted.
7
Final Product Delivery
Confirming samples and proceeding with mass production while ensuring the stability of print quality.
